Signing up is easy! Just email me or leave a comment on a post here and be sure to include: your name, your height, your town, your starting weight, and your goal weight. That's it!

How it Works

We are a group of people who just want to be more fit, shed some pounds, and feel better.  This is a community of encouragement, ideas, motivation and fun.  And we would LOVE to have you join us.

*We are doing this in SMALL doses...baby steps.  A 6 month goal is FAR TOO long for most to stick with.  So we have set up some fun ways to loose the weight in small, short challenges.  People naturally want to be rewarded now and not have to wait - we will do just that.

*There is no set "what you can and can't eat" list or specific exercises here - everyone is doing this on their own, at their own pace.  Because we are ALL at a different starting point, what works for one, might not work for another.  Find what works for you - or copy what someone else is doing - and report back to us (by emailing us) on what is working out for you!  "Pushers" are the only thing we will all be trying to do that will be the same.

*You need to weight yourself in the morning, after going potty, but before eating or drinking ANYTHING. Be sure you have the exact same clothing on each time you weigh yourself. 

*Check this blog often.  We will be posting info, links, ideas, challenges, pushers (check blog posts for these), upcoming challenge info, and winners.  Bookmark this blog so you can check back and see what we're up to, maybe snag a new recipe, and don't miss out on anything.

* If you want to join, email us so we can get you into our system. We will rely on you to email us your results, your ideas, your food journal, your struggles, recipes, etc.  Others will benefit from it and we will post those for you.

* We will NOT be telling you how to do it, what to eat, etc.  This is up to you.  You decide what works for you.  We encourage you to post your ideas and how you're doing it - it might be the right thing for someone else.  We will say though that to have a healthy heart, some exercise is necessary!

* Be sure to email us your start and end weights always - on the first and last day of challenge.  If you don't you cannot be considered for the prize.
