Current Challenge

Challenge #2 - Keeping Up

Start Date: December 3, 2011
End Date: December 21, 2011

Goal: This time we want you to add something in to your diet that you don't usually eat.  Do you need more veggies? Possibly fiber? You decide - add it and try to eat it once a day (or two).  Continue to try dropping some weight before the holidays hit!  Remember if you gain 5 now, you'll have that much more to lose!!!  Keep up the hard work and continue to avoid the thing from challenge one.


Challenge #1 - The Jump Start

Start Date: Nov. 15, 2011
End Date: Nov. 30, 2011

Goal: To focus on eliminating unnecessary snacking. What is ONE thing you can get rid of in your diet --- soda? sugar snacks? cookies?  chips?  Pick ONE thing to do away with in these first 16 days.  What will your weight loss for Challenge #1 be? 

Prize: The winner of most % lost on this challenge will get a $10 iTunes gift card.  (maybe you can add a few upbeat jams to get your day started right!)
