Easy Calorie Counting

Calorie counting works for some - and doesn't work for others.  When it's complicated it becomes too much to put in the effort.  However, there is a website that I HIGHLY suggest checking out.  It takes about 2 mins to register and then you will find your custom page!  AWESOME!  It will tell you how many calories you need to eat to loose, it will adjust this # once you start logging wight loss, and it takes into account your exercise, water you drink, etc.  Did I say it's AWESOME!?  If you can commit to logging in to this every day, you will SEE your results and keep track of what works!  SEEING results is usually what keeps you going, so go try it out.  You will LOVE how easy and complete it is.
